The Pawtucket, R.I.-based Collette is one of the oldest tour operators in the U.S., dating to 1918 when Jack Collette founded the company. In 1962, Dan and Alice Sullivan took over, and the company has stayed in the Sullivan family ever since. Today, Collette offers more than 160 tours to destinations on all seven continents. Its social impact tours combine touring with local give-back initiatives.
